Juneau County Urgent Care

The Mile Bluff Urgent Care Department

Please note that patients must arrive at least 30 minutes before close to allow enough time to be assessed and seen by a provider. Thank you.

Urgent Care is available evenings (4 - 9 pm), weekends and holidays (9 am - 9 pm) when Mile Bluff’s clinics are closed. It provides treatment for individuals with illnesses and injuries that require immediate attention, but are not life-threatening. Urgent Care provides treatment for those who have:

  • Coughs and congestion
  • Cuts requiring stitches
  • Deep bruises
  • Diarrhea
  • Ear infections
  • Fevers
  • Flu symptoms
  • Insect bites
  • Mild to moderate asthma attacks
  • Rashes
  • Scrapes and bruises
  • Sore throats
  • Sprains
  • Strains
  • Upper respiratory infections

Please note that Urgent Care patients are seen in order of arrival. Emergency patients are seen in order of the severity of their condition. Urgent Care and the Emergency Department share a waiting room. If you are waiting, and see you other patients get called back for treatment ahead of you, it may be due to their condition. The staff will keep you informed of when you will be taken in for treatment. If you have questions at any time during your visit, please ask.
