COVID-19 Testing at Mile Bluff
Outpatient swab-only testing
Individuals with minor to moderate symptoms, as well as those with no symptoms,
can receive a swab-only test. These are available
Monday through Friday from 7 am to 12 pm, and Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm.
Swab-only testing services take place at Mile Bluff's NEW LOCATION at
690 Kennedy Street in Mauston. Testing is billed as an outpatient lab appointment.
Please note that this service is not recommended for everyone. Those with
severe COVID-19 or other respiratory symptoms are encouraged to schedule
an appointment to see a provider at the East Clinic in Mile Bluff Clinic.
Anyone interested in using this swab-only testing at Mile Bluff on Kennedy
Street is encouraged to
reserve a spot online.

- Select "COVID-19 Testing" from the drop down.
- Fill in the requested information at the bottom of the page, selecting
your preferred date and time, and choosing "Screening/Testing"
as your reason for a visit
- Once you hit "Confirm Me" you will receive your confirmation
and additional information.

Once you have reserved your spot, you will receive updates and reminder
text messages about your upcoming visit. When you arrive at
Mile Bluff's NEW LOCATION at 690 Kennedy Street, park as directed. Remain in your vehicle, and text "Here" to
the number you received your reminder text from. You will get a text when
it's time to enter. Please follow the signs to the right-side entrance
of the building where you will be met at the door, and escorted to a testing
room. There you will be registered and receive your COVID-19 nasal swab test.
Test results will be posted to your online patient portal within 72 hours
after the test. Assistance will be provided to those who need to sign
up for a portal account.
Clinic visit testing
Those with moderate to severe symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness
of breath, diarrhea, sore throat, or a recent loss of taste and/or smell,
etc.) are encouraged to schedule a clinic appointment to see a provider
at Mile Bluff's East Clinic. Call 608-847-5000 to schedule an appointment.
If you are experiencing life-threatening illness should go to the emergency
room immediately.
