Mile Bluff has added another way for its patients to request the COVID-19 vaccine!
If you are a Mile Bluff patient who is 65 or older, and are interested
in being vaccinated against COVID-19, call 608-847-2780. This will connect
you with a team that is dedicated to scheduling vaccinations.
The new call center will be staffed Monday through Friday, from 8 am to
4:30 pm. If you do not immediately reach a team member, you will be asked
to leave a message with your first and last name, your date of birth,
and a phone number you can be reached at. Someone will then follow up
with you within three business days.
Mile Bluff also has two other ways to connect its patients with the vaccine.
Those with internet access can make an
online request. In addition, the Mile Bluff team will continue to work its way through
its list of patients. The staff will call those who are eligible to receive
the vaccine, and who have not already reached out to request vaccination.
As a reminder, other medical providers are immunizing their patients; and
the health department is providing vaccines to those without a primary
care provider. If you are already on a waiting list to be vaccinated,
you should not request a vaccine from Mile Bluff as well.
