Do I have to be a Mile Bluff patient?

Yes. Your name, date of birth and phone number must be in our system for the scheduling platform to recognize you.

What types of appointments are available?

  • General wellness/preventative care such as: physicals, annual check-ups, well visits, women's health exams, etc.
  • Acute/problem-related visits for: cold/flu symptoms, rash/skin issues, tick bites, fatigue, diarrhea/vomiting, pink eye, strains/sprains, allergies, bladder infections, mental health concerns, headaches, etc.
  • Chronic care management for: diabetes, blood pressure, medication refills, weight management, Asthma/COPD, etc.
  • Follow-up appointments after a visit to the: emergency room, urgent care or hospital

How do I schedule online?

  1. Visit the scheduling portal.
  2. Choose the provider, location and time that work best for you.
  3. Manage your appointment through text messaging.
