Mighty Oak Award
The Mile Bluff Medical Center Mighty Oak Award was created to recognize
staff across the organization — whether caring for patients directly, supporting care behind the scenes,
or serving patients through essential services — who consistently go above and beyond
to ensure a positive experience.
Eligibility
- Open to all staff — clinical and non-clinical — who make a
difference in the lives of patients and families through service, empathy,
and commitment to excellence.
- Staff may be nominated for individual actions or ongoing contributions
that positively impact patient satisfaction and experience.
Nomination Criteria
Nominees should demonstrate:
- Exceptional dedication to
patient experience
- Compassion, empathy, and professionalism
- Efforts that go above and
beyond normal job expectations
- A positive impact on patient
care, comfort, or satisfaction
Nominations for the Mighty Oak Award may be submitted by patients and their
families, as well as by colleagues and organizational leaders.
