About Fair View
Mile Bluff - Fair View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 50-bed
hospital-based skilled-nursing and short-term rehabilitation facility
in Mauston that is licensed for both Medicare and Medicaid. Residents
have immediate access to 24-hour emergency care, rehabilitation services,
and nutritional services.
Resident rooms provide a homelike atmosphere, and are equipped with televisions.
There is accessibility for a telephone in each of the rooms. Residents
are welcome to bring personal items to their rooms. We do have 18 private
rooms, as well as double occupancy rooms.
Because Fair View is a hospital-based facility, residents have access
to healthcare around the clock. Physicians are available for consultations
24-hours a day, and many other services are on-hand to meet each resident's
long-term nursing or skilled nursing rehabilitation needs. Some of these
services include, pastoral care, respiratory therapy, audiology, physical
and occupational therapy, pharmacy, dialysis, speech therapy, podiatry
services, and more.

Fair View is dedicated to providing compassionate, professional care through
a well-trained staff, modern equipment and pleasant facilities. Staff
members provide comfort and care for the total person, meeting the social,
spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of each resident. Fair View does

Fair View Recreation & Activities
The active life at Fair View includes concerts, movies, bingo, parties,
games, exercise, discussion groups, special meals, and outings for those
who are able. Beauty and barber shop services are available a few times
a week, and several church services are conducted weekly.
If you do take pictures with your resident at our facility, we ask that
you make sure no other residents are in your pictures. We ask this in
order to protect the privacy of other residents.
