Connecting with your resident during COVID-19
As part of its COVID-19/Coronavirus preparedness efforts, Centers for Medicare
and Medicaid Services and the State of Wisconsin, is requiring all Wisconsin
skilled nursing facilities to no longer accept visitors. Please review our
visitor restrictions before coming to the facility.
If you have a loved one in the nursing home, there are a few ways that
you can still communicate with them. Send an
eCard, use FaceTime or other mobile media to contact your resident, or send
your resident extra cards in the mail. Contact the Recreation and Activity
Department at Crest View (608-562-3667) to make arrangements for your
resident.
About Crest View
Mile Bluff - Crest View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 60-bed
skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation facility. It is licensed
for both Medicare and Medicaid. Crest View features private rooms, L-shaped
double rooms, and private rooms with a shared bathroom.
Crest View is owned and operated by Mile Bluff Medical Center. The 45,000
square-foot facility provides comfortable living arrangements for those
with advanced age, and also houses a separate, specially-designed wing
where Alzheimer's and dementia patients are cared for. This is a closed,
self-contained unit that provides skilled nursing care and 24-hour supervision.
Crest View is also home to
Crest View Great Lakes CBRF, an assisted living facility.

Crest View Recreation & Activities
The active life at Crest View includes concerts, movies, bingo, parties,
games, exercise, discussion groups, special meals, and outings for those
who are able. Beauty and barber shop services are available a few times
a week, and several church services are conducted weekly.
If you do take pictures with your resident at our facility, we ask that
you make sure no other residents are in your pictures. We ask this in
order to protect the privacy of other residents.
