It’s recommended that all adults age 18 and older have a Health Care Power of Attorney (HCPOA) document on file. If you haven’t created one yet—or if you have questions about what it involves—support is available.
Mile Bluff’s medical social workers will be on hand to guide you through the process. They’ll provide clear information, answer your questions, and assist you in completing your HCPOA documents, ensuring your health care preferences are respected
