Event Details

Details: During our free Childbirth Education Class you will learn about the labor and delivery process, and things that could occur during your labor and delivery. You will learn different coping and breathing techniques to help you manage pain during labor, along with different pain management options that are available to you. You will be given a tour of our newly remodeled Birth Center. Then you will learn about how to care for your newborn, about all things breastfeeding and bottle feeding.
