We are excited to celebrate our newest Mighty Oak Award winner: Doreen Coller.

Doreen is a receptionist at Necedah Family Medical Center and was nominated by not just one, but two colleagues. Each shared heartfelt stories that reflect her exceptional compassion, teamwork, and dedication to providing an outstanding experience for both patients and coworkers.

From the moment patients walk through the door, Doreen makes them feel welcome. She greets everyone with a warm smile, takes the time to ask about their day, and builds genuine relationships with those she cares for. Her personal approach helps patients feel comfortable, valued, and confident that they are receiving the very best care.

Doreen's commitment to patient care extends far beyond friendly conversations. She is a strong advocate for her patients, always looking for ways to improve their experience. Whether offering thoughtful feedback to enhance clinic workflows or collaborating with coworkers to make the office run more smoothly, she is continually focused on creating the best possible environment for those she serves.

Her impact reaches well beyond patient care.

Doreen is known for her willingness to step in wherever she is needed. She volunteers to help cover staffing shortages, lends a hand with tasks outside of her regular responsibilities, and even pitches in to clean the clinic when needed.
