On Thursday, August 9, Mile Bluff Medical Center Foundation gave golfers
the perfect reason to hit the greens - to support local healthcare.
"It was very clear that everyone, volunteers and players alike, enjoyed
Castle Rock Golf Course and the beautiful day,” reported Martha
Airth-Kindree, Foundation Executive Director. “With the support
of sponsors, donors and volunteers, we raised more than $23,000. Our vision
is to build community partnerships that ensure lifelong commitments to
healthcare advancement and personal well-being. This golf-outing is one
of the ways we do it. The community's generosity makes a difference
and helps us positively impact the health and wellness of our community!"
Through the contributions collected on behalf of the event, over $23,000
was raised to help the community through the work of Mile Bluff Medical
Center Foundation. The proceeds from the outing will go a long way in
helping the foundation make a positive impact on the health of the community.
Support from this golf outing will help Mile Bluff continue to enhance
services for patients throughout the region.
