Rehabilitative Services
The Rehab Services Department consists of Industrial
Rehab, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Sports Medicine. This
multidisciplinary team is dedicated to maximizing the functional abilities
of individuals with limitations due to injury, illness, developmental delay,
aging or psychosocial dysfunction. We are here to get you back to work or
play!
Rehab Services Mission:
To provide high quality healthcare that exceeds the
expectations of our patients, and meets the individual’s desired level of
physical, social and emotional functioning through all phases of
rehabilitation. To be the provider of choice in the communities that

be scheduled through The Rehabilitation Department at 608 847 6161 ext 400
Outpatient Hours
of Operation:
Monday through
Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Inpatient Hours of
Operation:
Monday through
Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday and
Sunday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The Rehab Services Department is closed on holidays.
