Mission Statement

Mile Bluff Medical Center, as a community health resource center, will serve in a leadership capacity to facilitate the delivery of health care and medical services, including care for the elderly and home care to the residents of and visitors to Juneau County and surrounding counties. As part of this mission, the Mile Bluff Medical Center intends to facilitate confidential delivery of quality health care in a professional and timely manner by maintaining dedicated, compassionate and well trained medical staff and employees; progressive, professional management; and modern equipment and facilities consistent with fiscally sound business practices.

Mile Bluff Medical Center through its Quality Improvement Program, will strive to continuously improve the quality of care delivered.

Mile Bluff Medical Center, and all who are associated with it, shall accept responsibility for providing care and comfort for the total person embracing the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each patient and will not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, age, handicap, national origin, or religious background.

Mile Bluff Medical Center shall participate in activities designed and carried on to promote the general health of the community.

Mile Bluff Medical Center shall cooperate with other health care organizations when the opportunity arises to better serve the community as long as it is not against the interests of the medical center.

Mile Bluff Medical Center is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific and educational purposes as a not-for-profit corporation.
