Interested in Sponsoring/Exhibiting? The third annual
Women’s Night Out is scheduled for Tuesday, October 5. We expect another
sell-out crowd of 600 women, and would love to have your continued support!
There are a number of different ways you can become involved this year. Read
below to decide which option is right for you. EXHIBITORS get the opportunity to have booths on display during the event. The fee for this is $50.SPONSORS are donors of monetary contributions and/or prize items.There are three levels of sponsorship available. Silver - For donations worth a total value of $200 or less, you receive recognition on: the Mile Bluff Medical Center website a banner at the eventGold - For donations worth a total value between $201 and $500, you receive: all silver level items a complimentary exhibit booth (if interested) one free admission ticket to the keynote speaker, with the option to purchase a second ticket at the reduced price of $5 listing in: event-related newsletters and stories, the event program the opportunity to promote your organization inside the folder each woman receives at the eventPlatinum - For donations worth a total value of $501 or more, you receive: all gold level items a prime exhibit booth location (if interested) an additional complimentary admission ticket to the keynote speaker a name listing on event raffle tickets, posters and flyers use of the conference logo for one year a link to your homepage from Mile Bluff Medical Center’s websiteWe will be contacting you the week of June 21 to see if you have any questions. If you already know which of these opportunities you would like to take advantage of, feel free to complete the attached registration form and return it to the address indicated. Please note that exhibitor spaces will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis, and spots have sold out in the previous years.
