Starting in September, our patients will have another
opportunity to tell us how we’re doing. We are working with a company that
will randomly select patients to survey. Questionnaires will be mailed out
within a week of service, and we encourage you to respond if you receive a
survey.
Reading minds can be difficult, and we don’t know what
you’re thinking unless you tell us. If you receive a survey, please
respond honestly and return the questionnaire in the postage-paid
envelope. Then sit back and watch for results! The process is anonymous
and every response makes a difference.
