Terrace Heights Events - Coming up on Tuesday, February 9, members of the community are invited to join the tenants at the annual Valentine’s BINGO scheduled to begin at 2 pm.  Terrace Heights will also welcome pianist and entertainer, Kathryn Baake, for her first appearance as she performs a show entitled Love and Valentines” on Wednesday, February 10 at 2 pm.  Spots for both events are sure to fill up quickly, so call Shari at 608-847-2377 to reserve your seat today.  Click here for more details!

SMART BALANCE - WEIGHT MANAGEMENT & NUTRITION CLASSES - Begin March 2 at 6pm meeting weekly!   Don’t let those “quick and easy, no-fail” diets fool you - get with a program that really works that will give you lasting results. 

Smart balance is a comprehensive program taught by one of Mile Bluff’s registered dietitians.  It emphasizes a balanced lifestyle for long-term success.  The small group setting and optional weigh-ins give you support to help you achieve your personal goals.  The sessions offer practical tips for healthy eating, exercise, dining out and more.

Cost: $67 for seven one-hour sessions meeting once a week for the first four weeks, then every other Tuesday for the remaining three classes.   Smart balance is a great way to learn to live life healthy, lose weight and keep it off!  For more information or to register for the upcoming series at Mile Bluff, call Monica at 608-847-1296.
