Hess Memorial Hospital Board holds officer elections by Larry Arnold
The remainder of the Board consists of Ken Adams, Christine Carter, John Cook, Pastor Dan Dibbert, Ann Hoffmann, MD, P. Michael McCormick, DDS, Ed Miller (treasurer), James Rattunde, Peggy Saylor, and Larry Willer (secretary). The new chairman has been an employee of the Bank of Mauston for 7.5 years and presently serves as vice president in charge of real estate loans. She has been a member of the hospital board for five years. Her husband, David, is employed in sales. Sandy has two children, Dana 21 and Lucas 18, and four step-children, Andrew 24, Michelle 23, Wally 19, and David 16. Outgoing chairman, Molly, has been a member of the hospital board for eight years. She has been employed at the Bank of Mauston for 12 years and is presently the Human Resources Director. Molly and her husband, Jeff, live in Mauston. He is employed by the Scully Oil Company. The couple has three children, Mia 9, Madeline 6, and Carter 4. Both Sandy and Molly were asked what significant changes had occurred at the hospital in recent years. They pointed to a new CEO, Jim O’Keefe, a new CFO, Jimmy Fish, the new Meditech computer system, construction of the new clinic at Lake Delton, construction of Crest View Nursing Home at New Lisbon, major changes in the hospital’s surgery wing, as well as several remodeling projects. Although many changes have taken place over the years, the commitment that Mile Bluff’s board of directors has to meeting the healthcare needs of the community remains the same.
