Are you looking for reliable information on diabetes? Perhaps
you’d
like a
few recipes to help keep your blood sugars stable. Or maybe you’re interested in
reading up on women’s heart health.
You don’t have to purchase a book you’re unsure about or
search on-line for hours only to come up with information that may not even be
trustworthy. Come on into the Health Promotion Department at Hess Memorial
Hospital and check out books from the lending library on both diabetes and
women’s heart health!
The lending library was started with a donation from the
Ladies of Harley Group.
Sue Fabian, Director of the Health Promotion department at
Hess Memorial Hospital, is enthusiastic about the library, "I think it’s a great
resource to be able to offer the community!"
The department is staffed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.
to 4 p.m. and books can be checked out during those hours.
