The Delton Family Medical Center provides Lake Delton, Wisconsin Dells and surrounding areas with x-ray, laboratory and physician services. The Delton Family Medical Center also provides screening services once a month to local residents. Health promotional information is provided at these screenings. The clinic is located just off highway 23, a short distance west of Lake Delton. The site is adjacent to Home Depot and Wal-Mart.
